A: Yes, our MOQ is 100pcs, but for trail order, any quantity is welcome!

Q: Can we order Free samples for quality checking before placing an order?
A: Yes, we can offer you samples for quality checking first.
     But you need to pay the sample cost and the freight cost.

Q: What is the production time?
A: Sample lead time is within 3 working days.
     Normally, mass production ( 1000 pcs ) lead time is 15 days ------It depends on the products quantity you ordered.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our available payment terms are: T/T, D/P,Western Union,L/C,Money Gram  and Trade assurance
     Normally, 30% deposit after place order, 70% balance before delivery.

Q: What is the quality of your products? 
A: Most of our products passed ROHS, CE, REACH, and PAHS certificates, But for new products, if not, we can consider to do it, kindly noted.
